Our partner network is located in a titanium production cluster that accounts for roughly 60% of China's titanium output. We work with certified partner facilities for melting, forging, rolling, tube and foil production and processing. Material is inspected before release, and every shipment includes a packing list and a material test certificate (MTC).

Capabilities Across Our Partner Network

Through our partner network, Titanium Seller supplies titanium from melting and forging to rolling, tube and foil production and processing, under one contract.

Melting & Forging

Vacuum arc remelting (VAR) and open-die or radial forging for titanium and titanium-alloy ingots, billets, rings, discs and custom forgings through our partner network.

Bar & Wire Rolling

Titanium and titanium-alloy round bars, square bars, flat bars and wire to ASTM and AMS specifications, supplied through certified partner facilities.

Sheet, Plate & Foil Rolling

Sheet and plate from 0.1 mm to 300 mm thickness, as well as strip and foil in commercially pure and alloy grades, supplied through our partner network.

Seamless & Welded Tube Production

Seamless and welded titanium tubes and pipes (including ASTM B338 and ASTM B861/B862) for heat exchangers, condensers and chemical piping, with hydrostatic, ultrasonic and eddy-current testing carried out through our partner network.

MMO Anodes & Recoating

Mixed metal oxide (MMO) coated titanium anodes and recoating services for chlor-alkali, water treatment and electrowinning, with anode processing at an ISO-certified partner facility (certificate available on request) and acceptance based on noble metal loading (g/m²).

Machining, Cutting & Fabricated Equipment

Band-saw cutting, waterjet and laser cutting, CNC machining to drawing, and fabricated titanium equipment (heat exchangers, reactors, coils and anode baskets) through our partner network.

Supplied through ISO 9001-certified partner facilities. Material is inspected for appearance and dimensions before release, and every shipment includes a packing list and a material test certificate (MTC).

Material Test Certificate with Every Shipment

Every shipment includes a packing list and a material test certificate (MTC). Specialist testing (ONH analysis, metallography, ultrasonic and eddy-current testing) is carried out through our partner network.

Pre-Release Inspection & Non-Destructive Testing

Material is inspected for appearance and dimensions before release. Ultrasonic, eddy-current and hydrostatic testing are carried out through our partner network per the order specification, and independent third-party re-testing can be arranged on request.

Sample Retention & Heat/Lot Traceability

Heat/lot number traceability is maintained; melting and heat-treatment records are retained and available on request; retained samples are kept.
