Yes. Every shipment is accompanied by an authentic manufacturer EN 10204 Type 3.1 inspection certificate. It includes complete heat number traceability, actual ladle chemical composition (PMI), mechanical tensile test results (yield, tensile, elongation), and non-destructive testing reports.

What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and delivery lead time?

We maintain a zero minimum order quantity (No MOQ) policy for catalog stock items, with dispatch within 3 business days. Custom mill runs, non-standard diameters, or precision-machined orders typically require 15 to 45 days. Worldwide delivery is available via air express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), air cargo, or ocean freight.

How do you protect titanium products from scratching during international transit?

All items are wrapped with protective polyethylene film, cushioned with shock-absorbing pearl cotton between layers, and enclosed in heavy-duty export plywood crates (ISPM-15 compliant, fumigation-free) reinforced with galvanized steel bands.

Can we arrange third-party inspection such as SGS, TÜV, or Bureau Veritas?

Yes, absolutely. We welcome customer-appointed third-party inspectors to witness tensile testing, chemical re-verification, ultrasonic testing, and dimensional compliance at our Baoji facility prior to packaging and dispatch.
